These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Atom Matrix Innovation LLC ("AtomMatrix", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AtomMatrix provides an enterprise AI platform including conversational agents, voice AI, intelligent messaging, email automation, document intelligence, and analytics capabilities ("Services"). Access to specific features may require a separate subscription agreement.
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

All content, software, and technology comprising the Services are owned by AtomMatrix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted to the Services.
Our processing of customer data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for enterprise customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We process data only as instructed by our customers and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enterprise customers are defined in separate subscription agreements.
Fees for the Services are set forth in the applicable order form or subscription agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' prior written notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomMatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtomMatrix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
