Full-Stack Engineer, Console
The console is where customers actually live — configuring agents, watching delivery in real time, and digging into what happened and why. When it's clear, they trust the platform. When it's not, they file a ticket. We want an engineer who sweats that difference.
About the role
Complex data, made obvious.
You'll build the web console end to end — the UI operators use to set up agents and knowledge, and the services and APIs behind it that surface delivery, intent, and analytics.
This is full-stack product work with a real design bar. You'll turn dense operational data into interfaces people can act on quickly, ship features across the stack, and partner closely with product and design. TypeScript throughout, a modern React front end, and services that talk to the same platform APIs our customers use.
What you'll do
- Build features across the stack — from React UI to the API endpoints and services behind them.
- Design views that make delivery status, agent activity, and analytics legible at a glance and drillable when needed.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into shippable, well-tested increments with product and design.
- Care for performance, accessibility, and the details that make an operator tool feel trustworthy.
- Help shape the console's front-end architecture and component system as it grows.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years building web applications end to end, comfortable owning both front end and back end.
- Strong TypeScript and a modern front-end framework (React preferred), plus solid API and data-modeling skills.
- An eye for UX — you can take a rough flow and make it clear without a designer holding your hand.
- Experience with data-dense interfaces: tables, filters, charts, real-time updates.
- You test what you ship and think about the operator on the other side.
Nice to have
- Experience building dashboards or admin tooling for technical products.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries and real-time data.
- A design sensibility and interest in a shared component system.
