We're a communications and AI company, not a place where your code sits in a drawer. What you ship carries other companies' most time-critical messages and handles their customers directly.
The team is deliberately lean. You'll own a surface area end to end — design it, build it, run it in production, and answer for it when it pages you. There's no wall between "the people who build" and "the people who operate." We hire people who want that responsibility and give them the context, the on-call rotation, and the autonomy to use it well. We hire in Taipei, San Francisco, and Phoenix. Most roles are based in one of the three and follow the room — we're in-office most of the week because the work is tightly coupled and the time zones already stretch us enough.
Our largest engineering hub and the heart of the messaging and voice platform. Backend, infrastructure, and the carrier-operations team that manages routes and interconnects across Asia-Pacific sit here, close to the region's carriers and the traffic that never sleeps.
Where the AI agent platform, product, and design work comes together. Teams here shape how retrieval, agents, and analytics feel to use, and work directly with customers building on the platform in the Americas.
Solutions engineering, onboarding, 24/7 support, and the go-to-market operations that keep customers live. Phoenix anchors North American business hours and our follow-the-sun support coverage.
