Product Designer

The people using our product are often making a call in seconds — approve this refund, trust this agent's answer, act on this spike in failures. Good design here isn't decoration; it's whether someone makes the right decision under pressure. We're looking for a designer who takes that seriously.

About the role

Clarity, where the stakes are high.

You'll design across the product — the console where customers build and supervise agents, the analytics that show what's working, and the communications flows underneath.

This is end-to-end product design: research, flows, interaction, and polished UI, working closely with product and engineering. You'll shape how complex, high-stakes information becomes something an operator can act on with confidence, and help grow a design system that keeps the whole product coherent as it expands.

What you'll do

  • Own design for major areas of the product, from early research through shipped, pixel-level UI.
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear flows — especially around agents, approvals, citations, and analytics.
  • Prototype and test with real operators, and let what you learn change the design.
  • Partner tightly with engineering so what ships matches the intent, down to the states and edge cases.
  • Grow and maintain the design system and the standards that keep the product consistent.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years designing software products, with a portfolio that shows depth on complex, data-rich tools.
  • Strong interaction and visual craft — you can take something from concept to a UI that feels finished.
  • Comfort designing for technical or operational users, not just consumer surfaces.
  • You work fluently with engineers and make pragmatic calls about what's buildable now.
  • Clear communicator who can explain the "why" behind a design.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dashboards, admin tools, or developer products.
  • Interest in designing for AI — confidence, uncertainty, and human oversight.
  • Ability to work in code or contribute to a design-system implementation.
